Parish Finance Committee
Now the whole group of those who believed were of
one heart and soul, and no one claimed private ownership
of any possessions, but everything they owned was
held in common. With great power the apostles gave
their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus,
and great grace was upon them all. There was not a needy
person among them.
- Acts 4
The parish finance committee is an advisory body of 6 parishioners appointed by their pastor. Each month the committee gathers to review monthly expenditures and receipts and responds to the temporal needs of the parish. Other tasks include the development of short term and long term budgets to ensure that we are able to sustain the evangelical mission of the Church.
The Finance committee is also charged with the responsibility of transparency. Namely, on a quarterly basis, the committee has the responsibility of making known to the parish how your gifts are being used.
We are most grateful for the gifts that you offer for the operating of your parish community. Please know that we will be responsible with your gifts and know that all your offerings are tax deductible. Should you have any questions regarding the financial or capital operation of the parish or if you are interested in becoming a contributor please contact the parish office for more information.
